To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
All content, features, and functionality in the App, including text, audio, insights, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
If you submit any journal entries, voice recordings, or other data to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, process, and modify such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
The App uses video-based photoplethysmography (PPG) via your device camera and flashlight to estimate heart rate. This is not medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare. Do not rely on the App for diagnosing or treating any health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
